WaggRx is a veterinary pharmacy that offers custom medication delivered directly to your door.
Taking care of pets can be time-consuming and expensive — whether it’s picking up prescriptions, dealing with vaccinations, or simply keeping track of all their medications.
Our task was to make the life of a pet owner more comfortable and easy.
Each time your pet is sick, you need to visit your veterinarian, get a prescription, and then drive to a pharmacy to buy medications prescribed. In some cases, you have to repeat this several times or monthly. It takes a lot of time!
We designed a platform, which allows making this process much easier.
All you need to do is to upload your prescription to the site. Or just provide WaggRX with your vet contact details - also on the site. Then the WaggRX team will contact your vet and manage all the necessary things. Moreover, WaggRx also takes care of medication refills so no need to spent a lot of time driving to a pharmacy.
Checkout was one of the most complex parts of the project. Because you can buy simultaneously Over The Counter and RX products, which can be bought one-time or as a subscription.
There are have two ways to buy RX products:
1. upload the prescription image or take a picture directly from the checkout process if it is happening on the mobile phone.
2. Or just add the vet`s contact information and pharmacy staff will get the prescription for you.
This is a place, where clients, pharmacy and veterinarians meet. Each has their own personal account.
